Anelina has an intention to bring to the island new alternative therapies and practises that can be followed from all ages, even children.
A tourist can experience a unique relaxation through all these services during his holidays, even into private sessions into his room.


Anelina Plati is a Yoga Instructor who has been practicing  yoga for 10 years and graduated as a Hatha Yoga Teacher from Nysy Studios yoga school in Greece, including influence from the alignment of Anusara yoga.
For the last 2 years, Anelina has been teaching the new method called Bowspring, after attending a workshop in Frankfurt in 2014 followed by a live training by the founders: John Friend and Desi Springer in the United States for 1 1/2 months in 2016.


The Bowspring technique is a curvy, dynamic and open posture creating fluid lightness for peoples of any age, regardless of flexibility, injuries or fitness level, providing health benefits for body, mind, and heart.
It awakens the natural curves of the spine and takes us away from our flat, sedentary C-curve modern posture. It promotes a dynamic neutral position of the body – for the pelvis, lower back (waist), ribcage, neck and head. It is very therapeutic for people with pain in the lower back, neck and shoulders, maintaining positive alignment, toning the nervous system, creating a practise of mindfulness and compassion.

The deep relaxing holistic massage is a rejuvenating experience for the cells and the whole body. This particular type of massage is a combination of massage techniques, finger pressures and movements. An  holistic massage offers deep relaxation and serves not only as a therapeutic but also a preventive means and, when practised frequently, helps the person detect the cause of an illness at all levels (body/mind/spirit) and offers a calm, relaxed sense of euphoria.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Massage is a form of touch therapy that gives to the child a sense of security and trust that is very essential for the newcomer into the world.
Children respond very positively to any form of massage. It is probably the sense of touch and the bonding it brings that has such a therapeutic effect on the child being massaged.
Touch is a sense that is one of the first to be developed in humans and probably all forms of life. It is said that a touch can convey more than a thousand words, and children are known to thrive with the right amount of physical contact. Children who grow up with healthy views of touch are known to grow up into adults with self-esteem and develop long standing relationships.
Children have been known to benefit extensively from massage therapy if they suffer from hyperactivity disorders or other psychiatric problems as well and if massage practiced regularly can help a child reduce stress, which can in turn may help the child to sleep better.Sessions for massage therapy should not last for more than a quarter of an hour, as children’s attention spans are small, and they may find longer sessions irksome. One may also find that the child falls asleep while it is being massaged. This is a positive sign and points to the positive effects of the therapy.
